You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
For annual subscriptions, pricing may be displayed as a monthly equivalent for comparison, but billing is collected annually. Subscription credits are granted in monthly cycles according to the plan allowance, not as a single annual lump-sum credit grant.
For first-time purchasers, if you request a refund within 15 days of purchase and have generated no more than 10 images in total at the time of the request, we may, at our discretion, provide a one-time full refund.
This goodwill refund is limited to once per user, per account, and per payment method.
