1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

For annual subscriptions, pricing may be displayed as a monthly equivalent for comparison, but billing is collected annually. Subscription credits are granted in monthly cycles according to the plan allowance, not as a single annual lump-sum credit grant.

2. Goodwill Refund for First-Time Purchases

For first-time purchasers, if you request a refund within 15 days of purchase and have generated no more than 10 images in total at the time of the request, we may, at our discretion, provide a one-time full refund.

This goodwill refund is limited to once per user, per account, and per payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:

  • The service has started and been materially used;
  • More than 15 days have passed since the first purchase;
  • More than 10 images have already been generated;
  • Unused subscription-cycle credits expired at the end of the applicable cycle;
  • Change of personal preference, no longer needing the service, selecting the wrong plan but having materially used it;
  • Experience issues caused by factors outside our control, such as the quality of uploaded materials, network conditions, device or browser compatibility;
  • Amounts corresponding to promotional, gifted, trial, or bonus credits.

4. Refundable Situations

We will provide a refund or appropriate compensation in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or unauthorized charges;
  • Successful payment but credits not delivered, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
  • A significant service failure causing core functionality to be unavailable for an extended period;
  • Service results materially inconsistent with the product description, and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix;
  • Any other circumstances where applicable law requires a refund.

5. Digital Services and Withdrawal Rights

This service constitutes digital services/digital content. For regions where applicable law permits, once you have expressly agreed to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledged the relevant legal consequences, you may lose any applicable right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Under normal circumstances, we will process the refund within 5 business days;
  • The actual time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider or card issuer;
  • If applicable law requires a shorter timeframe, we will comply accordingly.
